Atletico Madrid forward, Antoine Griezmann, has reportedly told Manchester United to give him a 400,000-a-week deal, for him to snub a move to Barcelona.
Griezmann was very close to moving to Old Trafford last summer, but opted to stay in Spain with Atletico serving a transfer ban.
The embargo has been lifted this month and with Diego Costa officially unveiled, Griezmann’s departure looks increasingly likely.
Barcelona are favourites to land the 26-year-old, but Jose Mourinho and Manchester United remain keen.
The Sun reports United’s initial offer of £290,000-a-week will need to be increased by £100,000-a-week to meet Griemzann’s demands.

Griezmann arrived at Atletico in 2014 from Real Sociedad for a fee in the region of £24million.
